CRM BP is not mapped with R/3 Customer

Hi Experts

I have a scenario where Consumer register in B2C Shop and it gets replicate into R/3 system .

so my problem is when consumer gets replicate into R/3 we have to get return confirmation from R/3 which is not happening this a standard process.

when i cross check the replication process in CRM by using t.code CRMM_BUPA_MAP where i am not able to see customer number for that i have triggered a request load,by clicking on button "Gather information about Customer" though its trigger reguest load i am not able to map bp with customer.

and i could not see Sender Site Name,Queue Name, and User( Creator) but i can see GUID generated for BDOC in transaction SMW01.

Prior to that have mapped all pre-configured replication setting like

1. the middleware data transfer been set up correctly.and the customers from R/3 been successfully transferred to CRM via initial load.

2. the number ranges CRM and R/3 (and grouping in CRM) been set up correctly:

such as:

CRM: Number Range 01 with interval 1000 – 2000 (NOT External)

R/3: Number Range 01 with interval 1000 – 2000 (External)

4. PIDE Mapping: the right grouping for the CRM number range maintained in the CRM -> R/3 PIDE mapping.

5. Subscription "ALL BUSINESS PARTNER" has been assigned to Publication and Sites.

Hence i request to you all could please help me to resolve my issue and where i went wrong

i would appreciate your help.

hi Rao,

perhaps there is a missing data in the crm system.

i face the same problem and i haven't try to search the root of cause

please check in t-code bp for the bp id that is not mapped with r/3 customer in tab 'identification' part 'external identification', there should be r/3 external number but for this bp id will not have the r/3 external number.

i have found a way around to solve this problem.

just synchronize this bp id data from r/3 though middleware and after that if ur configuration already set correctly, the bp id should can be sold to party in crm

our scenario is when consumer gets register in B2C shop consumer has flow into r/3,

consumer is flowing into R/3 but we are not getting return confirmation as you said like external bp number can be seen in the bp master.

which is only happening when do manual mapping by using CRMM_BUPA_MAP

i did not understand synchroize the BP ID data from R/3 could you please tell how i have to do synchronize the BP.

hi Rao,

very sory rite now i can logon to the system.

but u can synchronize the bp id with middleware

forgot the t-code but can give u the path .... hopefully correct path

the path is middleware->exchange data->synchronization->create request (hopefully this is correct path)

in there u need to create a new request type bupa (or customer), give it a unique id and filter it with bp id that u want to synchronize

after that go to middleware->exchange data->synchronization->start request (hopefully this is correct path)

fill the the id with ur new request id that already created and start 2 synchronize data (F8) and monitor the synchronization process

if it is success, the external r/3 number in identification tab will be shown. and u can use the bp id as a sold to / customer

i suspect the problem that the crm system not get the confirmation coz of an error occured in the bdoc flow. ussually the error coz of the r/3 sales area assignment that can't be transfered to crm system

Hi Eddihie,

As you are referring to Request load for that transaction code is R3AR2 where in you will create a request loads which objects you wanted to download ,once you done with this

you can Run this object by using R3AR4 and monitor the status of your request load by using R3AR3

but this load i need to run every time manually am i right?

hi Rao,

i think u dont need to run it every day.

u need to run it once for each bp that can't be used as sold to if the synchronization works well

Hi Eddihie,

Our scenario is as and when consumer register in B2C Shop he places an order along with consumer order has to replicate to R/3 for further execution of process like delivery... and all.

so before order gets replicate into R/3 consumer has to be replicated to R/3 and has to be mapped with R/3 customer then only order gets flows into R/3

in my case consumer is not mapped with R/3 customer only upon manual intervention he his getting mapped with R/3 customer i.e. by triggering CRMM_BUPA_MAP it should not happen

consumer has to have flown into R/3 and mapped with R/3 customer automatically.

so this is what my problem is..
