SolMan adapter for HP QC - unable to connect QC from SolMan

Hi all, I'm trying to connect HP QC with SolMan using SolMan adapter. I have installed the SolMan adapter and configured as per instructions in the configuration file specified by SAP. But when I tried to connect quality center from SAP SOLMAN it shows error as u201C User u201CXXXu201D is not authorized to access projectsu201D

Could any one please help me in correcting this issue. Thanks in advance.
