Failed to obtain links info from the Server Front End in AccAd

Hi,

We have followed the AccAd guide for SP03 and we are facing an issue

When we genrate the certificate using section 4.2.2 for own AccAd authority and then click on

Use Secure connection ,it gives a message :Failed to obtain links info from the Server Front End

where as other wise it shows cfe and sfe operational

Please advise what can be done here and why is this error coming.
