hi
all
i have to upload codes and catalog
The same transaction do exist also in spro
so iam in quality server
its possible only to open the client or upload it
is there any other way without opening the client can i up load

Yes, it is called "Saturday"...
If it is not your change and transport strategy to change the settings in QAS, then avoid it. Change it in the DEV system and transport it (import).
If you are allowed to make changes for testing purposes in QAS clients, then check the "client role" in SCC4. Possibly there is another client where "testing" config changes is allowed / intended?
