Hi ,

1)Create a Master warranty'XX days or XX KM'.

This master warranty will have two counters one for days and the other for KMS.In the master warranty defnition give both the counters with 'either' 'or' condition and maintain values eg..50000 KMS for KM counter and 365 days for Days counter

2)Create Measuring point for the equipment use the characterictcs for the counter KMS only

3)Assign the created master warranty to the Equipment Master with warranty start date

4)Create Measuring document for KM reading for the meesuring point,Measurement date is recoreded here

5)When SAP Checks for Warranty through FM - BG00_WARRANTY_CHECK, it automatically considers both the counters 'DATE - Measurement document date with warranty start date' and KMS - from Measurement document

Hope this helps

Hi

Create a Master warranty in BGM1

I think u have did...

Create a measurement counter as Warranty_time (In Ides)

Attach it in the BGM1...

Then in the equipment maintain it in Warranty Tab... Enter ur master warranty
