Print preview button in shoping cart

After the creation of a shopping cart, in SRM 5.0, the print preview button is not working. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Answering to your questions:

1. Yes, I can print other documents. This problem only occurs with the shopping cart print;

2. The smartform is equal in the development and productive systems. However, in the development system is working and in the productive system is not working.

Hi,

Yes we have adobe installed, and we donu2019t have any problems with that. We can do the print preview in all the others smartforms and yes, they are customized.

In transaction se37 I get the following message:

Exception: PSF_Error

Message ID: SSFCOMPOSER

Any ideas? Note that this problem does not happen in the developing system.

Hi,

Did you check with the standard smartform if you are able to do the preview?

If all is fine with standard smartform then there should be some error in the custom smartform.

Maybe some mandatory field which is requried to be displayed has been ignored..

Please check the behaviour with the standard smartform to confirm the same.

Hello

Please check if you are not trying to display some field in the smartform that has no values. E.G : Name field missing for the BP , as name is mandatory field for the address display on the PDF.

The Smartforms support only addresses with name fields.

Hi,

Check if the adobe is installed, Are you able to open any other adobe documents at the system.

Are you using SAP Standard Smart form or any custom smartform. If you are using Custom smartform check the behaviour with the standard smartform and check if you still face the same problems.

If all is fine run the Fm bbp_output_sc_preview_smart in SE37 transaction with the shopping cart guid and the smartform name and check what is the output of the execution . Set the iv_local flag as X

I donu2019t get any error. When I push the print preview button it simply doesnu2019t work and anything happens.

I tried to print via check status option and also via the print option when the SC is finished.

Do you have installed sofware adobe reader in your system? are everyone could not see the pdf form?
