Table T54C3 and cumulations

Hi all,

I created a new wage type like /116 which can be cumalated as from june until may. This wage type is visible in CRT and OCRT but when I call this wage type in the scheme it doesn't change anything (like it doesn't exits in CRT) because I changed the cumulation process in table T54C3 (not yearly but japenese period). In table T512W I changed the evaluation class 30 with value 'T' instead of "2"...

any help is welcome....

If you call this wagetype in PCR like AMT=CR/116 you should get the amount of /116 from CRT. The point is that if the cumulation type is 'R'(Res.Tax 06-05 Japan), then 'R' should be specified in the payroll operation AMT as above.

You may refer to the documentation for payroll operation AMT for the usage of AMT=Cnnnnn. It is the same case for NUM and RTE in the PCR.

I have moved these wage types from one client to another, but the source client having entries in T54C3 but the Target system is not having any entries for Custom wage types

But i have moved the table from Source client to target client, now it is fine.

My doubt is can i do like this, or it should be created only by system or is there any other method available to create it.

Hi,

Greetings!! To answer your question, I would like to know why and how you modelled a technical wagetype, ie/116? Please verify the properties of the Basewagetype from which you modelled it. If the parent wagetype is not cumulated, then your modelled wagetype should not cumulate either.

Check the following processing classes and specification classes combination please:

Processing class - 01, Specification : 03

Processing class - 03,Specification : 00

Processing class - 04, Specification : 01

Processing class - 06, Specification : 00

Processing class - 10, Specification : 00

Processing class - 06, Specification : 00

Processing class - 30, Specification : T

Processing class - 30, Specification : 01

In Cumulation classes: Check 01 and 02, Also Just FYI, unless you want this component to be printed somewhere, evaluation classes are not relevant here.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks and Regards

Nitya

I have moved configurations from one client to other, when i am runing wage type getting error stating that wage type is not available in table T54C3.

I have checked the table and not having a ny custom wage type entry, Do i need to create through new entry one by one or is there any program to create this

Also kindly let me know on what basis we need to go for C,Q,M.

Dear Kumar,

While copying customer wage type from standard wage type, system automatically generated entry into these tables,

T511,T512T, T512W, T52D7,T52DZ,T52EL,T52EZ,T539A,T539Z,T54C3
