ME22 Problem - Delivery Complete check box not disable in BDC at runtime

Hi,

I have a requirement for ME22 that after click on header data there should be defualt tick on Delivery Complete through BDC.

I already created BDC for tick on Delivery Complete. its working fine...

Now, I want that user should not be change it (Tick / Untick of Delivery Complete). So, I need to disable that check box.. I create a variant for it, through SHD0...but when i upload the file, it shows the possibility of change the Delivery Complete at BDC run time.

Please tell me how can i disable it at the BDC run time..
