Leave Request : Approval

Hi

I am not able to approve the leave request in MSS.

Its giving me the error. Work item 000000000000 cannot be read

Approve/reject most current version of leave request

The suprising part is that : when i change the configuration in WEBMO i.e the return value for the country grouping (singapore) here i mention the rule group (00000002) which i have created . ( basically i reenter the same value and save and activate.) Then i am able to approve.

25 Singapore

otherwise

00000001

But next time when i have to approve the leave again. I am getting the error. as mention above.

Pls help me on this.

Hi All,

The problem is resolved.

The solution is that i unchecked 'Process Request Using Workflow' in Workflow Template.

Thats all.

Hi,

What you did by maintaining WEBMO is correct.

Now, make sure the Task/Workflow are general tasks.

Cleared the cache and tweaked the system .....

As well as the task of workflow ...( it should be general task )

This may occur if the leave request is already approved.

Please run the report Rptarqpost or check the work item

status in backend, Is it in Sent status? Or this leave request was

modified and new one was raised, Please verify.
