ccm configurational error

hai ,

i am new to ccm .actually i am trying to configure the ccm in sandbox client.when i tried to activate the service in sicf ,instead of getting url page i am getting the following error.

BSP ERROR

what happened

calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error

exception class :cx_fqdn

error name

program : cx_fqdn ======cp

include :cx_fqdn========cm002

abap class :ex_fqdn

method :check

line :10

can anyone please give me the solution

Hi,

I would assume, based on the error reported, that there is an issue with the fully qualified domain name, please check that the webserver configuration is completed correctly.
