Sharepoint 2007 web part error connecting to Crystal Reports.

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can help. We are trying to get Crystal Web Parts to work in a sharepoint site. We have created the site and added the web parts. The login information appears. We have tried to enter both the NT Authenticated login as well as the Enterprise logins but we always get an error. We have remembered to change the web.config file to point at the different authentication types.

When we login directly using infoview or CMC then we can login fine and see all necessary files.

The error message we are getting is "Unable to access the BusinessObjects Enterprise infrastructure at crystalserver for user: fred. Contact your reporting administrator for assistance."

We have installed the BOPIK in a MOSS 2007 environment using kerberos authentication, the crystal server has been set for trusted for delegation to any service (kerberos only) but we get the following error 'Unable to access the BusinessObjects Enterprise infrastructure at crystalserver for user: ******, if we set the credentials prompt to false the user is blank.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Prakash
