Unable to Add a New DB or Schema on HCP

Hi all,

I am unable to add a new database or schema on the "Databases & Schemas" page.

My company purchased "Get Starter Packages, Starter Edition 32GB" 5 days ago. (According to the product description, HANA DB storage should be available with this package. And I'd like to note every member whose account is authorised is in the same situation.)

When I click the "New" button, however, I cannot type DB/Schema ID nor select Database System.

Also, I do not see any pre-configured schema or database, which I could confirm on my trial account.

I realise my case is quite similar to the question above, but I'd like to know if there is something to be done on my own.
