standard deviaation field

Dear Expert ,

I want to use formula for calculating T distribution in maintenance task list for calibration plan. But in that

I am not able to use standard deviation field in that. For this I am trying to define parameter in customization

but I do not found corresponding field name and table name in database.

I want to use field standard deviation which we can see under further detail tab of inspection lot.

Please suggest .

can you explan it in detail ?

As I said before I can see standard deviation for an MIC in further detail tab in RR. but I want to use this field to calculate T distribution ,how can i do so ????

my formula is T =ABS(means of measure value) / square root of (std deviation/12)

Dear Experts ,

I think this standard deviation value is not store in any table. it we can found only in structure. so now what I did I creating a Z table through BADI and in that I am storing values.

But now if I create a parameter in IMG with this new Z table and field name, and using this field in formula .

then my value is not getting calculated in RR.

In Attribute field I found message INVALID.

Where I can find the significance of this invalid.??
