Plant Condition type is not updated in Sales Order

Dear All,

I am creating Sales Order wrt to Contract, i define one condition type in Sales order Pricing Procedure and maintained access sequence containint table as Sales Org./Dist Channel/Plant/material.

But when i am creating sales Order the condition type is not updated automatically, it will update manally in sales order when i am update the sales order manually.

Is there any solution for updating condition record automatically.

hello, friend.

this has something to do with the determination sequence, so that the price is determined before the plant (perhaps).

in your access sequence, make the field for plant not relevant for access. then test again.

Hi there,

The reason is in sales order line item, there is field for Plant. and may be plant is not coming here automatically, thats why its not coming automatically.

please check and revert.

HI

Please check T code VTAA copy control between your contract and sales order. Goto item level with your item category and check for field "Pricing type" populate it with 'B'.

Now create a new sales order and check.

try nad revert.

Hi,

Pls confirm whether your plant is from customer master/material master/manual and is it entered in the line item before seeing the pricing procedure.

This looks like basic and sometimes we may miss out this.

I agree with the solution given by Jon. Its determination sequence problem.

Either you put your plant after material in condition table. Then it will not be

the problem. Second please check the plant in your material and customer

master data .Whether it is maintained or not.Hope this will solve your issue.

If you have access sequence depended on plant, you must enter the plant in the document and then the access will be carried out.

If you dont want to enter plant manually you can set determination for plant.
