Employee booked on 2 half day business Events on the same day

HI,

Scenario: There are 2 training programs on a day, one is scheduled in the first half the other is scheduled in the second half

Issue: While bokking the employee on the training progrmas through dynamic menu only one of the training program ( the one on which the employee is booked second) gets reflected in infotype 2002 against the training subtype.

But on manual entry via Pa61 we can record an entry on the same day, which shows first half and second half details.

Solution Requested: How can we ensure that the infotype 2002 gets updated properly when an employee is booked through dynamic menu also.
