I cannot write blog content but i see a different notification

Hello, i am trying to write a blog post and it dosent let me and throws a status that my account has not that

As the badge says, you are a Blog Contributor, which means that you still have to work with a moderator to be able to publish:

2.) Contributor: The Contributor level allows the user to try out their hand at content creation. Contributors can create their own blog posts, but they must work with a moderator to publish their content.
