Hi Everyone,
I'm encountering issue whereby when I login to Fiori launchpad the tiles of my apps are disappear (not showing), tried to close the web browser/refresh/change web browser/clearing cache of web browser but still no luck.
the only way to see the tiles back (for now) is when:
1. I go directly to the Fiori Apps URL e.g. <url>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=800&sap-language=EN#PurchaseOrder-approve
2. Once the fiori apps is loaded then I click on the HOME button and the tiles are back
There is no alerts/error on /IWFND/ERROR_LOG
Need some help on how to resolve this odd behavior or how to troubleshoot this issue.
Thank you
resolved,
it would appear some services is not activated in SICF, found out by debugging the loading page F12 (via chrome).

Hi Ura,
The issue may be because the Tile is not allocated to the Group or you don't have authorization of the Group.
If Tile is not allocated to the Group
To Resolve this issue, Go to Fiori designer with this link(<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn/main.html). Then Go to Group Tab and choose your group and assign your application to the group(If you already have a group).
You can also create a new group from Fiori Designer. But make sure that you have authorization of the group.
If Your User is not authorized to group :
If you already have a group and the tile exists in the group then make sure that you have authorization of the group.
To give authorization of group to your user go to transaction PFCG and press create single role. In the Menu Tab choose drill down as SAP Fiori Tile Group and Provide Id of your group here. In User Tab provide your UserId.
