Hello All,
I am building a query that links sales order and process orders together. In table CAUFV there is field named "KDAUF" but it is blank. I would like to know how to get KDAUF field populated with sales order. I believe table CAUFV is standard table, so why would field KDAUF would be blank? Any insight would truly be appreciated.
Hi,
Looks like you are into MTO. Did you try linking table AUFK to table VBAK?

Hello
The sales order number should be populated in CAUFV whenever there is an account assignment between production and sales order.
That means, it should be there in case of Make-to-Order or Assembly-to-Order.
For a simple make-to-stock production order, you will not see the sales order number in CAUFV, since there is no direct link between the sales order and the production order. In fact, a single production order can be created to cover several sales orders, so it is very difficult to get this link.

Caetano

Hi Jan,
Thank you for your help. I viewed table AFPO, but the sales order number field is blank. But when I click on the dropdown box it shows data in there. Is there way to display sales order associated with the process order in this table or any other tables associated with process order? Do I need to activate fields in those tables? Sorry I am new to PP process.
Once again appreciate your help.

Hi
It's been a while since a worked with MTO, but if I remember correctly, the sales order is stored in AFPO.
