Feild Mandatory

Dear SAP PS experts !

We have to create one feild of the (Service Activity -Parameter PS04) as Mandatory.

In the User Feilds can the feild be made mandatory without affecting the Internal activities.

In case of validations it is not possible perhaps because it applies to all the network elements so it will apply to all the activities.
