Status Released for Quotation

Dear expert,

When the quotation is set to status released, we don't want users to be able to modify the quotation excepted for:

- schedule and execute actions

- attach document

- set status to completed

- create follow-up activitities

- copy quotation

(Users should be able to do that even though the quotation is released)

But for example, users shouldn't be able to modify the product configuration or create a follow-up quotation.

Can this be achieved with SAP standard configuration or do we need a user exit?
