Conversion of DEC field?

I need to convert a dec field into a given format for Ex: I have a dec field like Field1(6,2) now this field has a value 6.65. I want to show the output as 000665 ( I want to remove the decimal sign and also want to add the number of zeros based on the field length i.e 6(in this case).
