Workbench (Language Independant) Subscription does NOT generate queue

Hi All,

We are trying to deploy the Mobile Upgrade Pack (MUP) on the Mobile clients via ConnTrans.

The Workbench (Language Independent) Subscription does NOT generate the queue record in SMQ1.

Though the Workbench (Language Dependent) Subscription generates the queue properly.

We have used this CRM Server earlier to deploy other developments and both the Workbench subscriptions worked fine. All of sudden, the Language Independent Workbench is not working and we are unable to deploy our developments.

Please help us with generating the queue for the Workbench (Language Independent) Subscription on the CRM Server.

As per a post from a forum member (Wolfard), we have checked the following and they look fine.

- the transport service is running in the MRS

- the necessary settings for the service have been set

- the service has been set up for the correct client

- in Tx smobrepmain the option "upgrade clients allowed" is set

- the sites have the both workbench subscriptions (language dependent/independent)

- Tx smohqueue is running, not on hold

- restart the service directly after sending a package or change the polling interval to a smaller value (or wait...)

PS:Both the Workbench Subscriptions works fine on our DEV & QAS systems.

Thanks & Regards,
