Hello All,
I have a requirement to study its feasibility.
When an email is sent to CRM an activity gets created. Is it possible to record all the recipients of the mail in the CRM system.
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I haven't configured this myself, but technically this should be feasible. It would require setting up the proper partner determination procedure for the activity, and making sure the program creating the activity records all the receipients records those as mailto type partners.
Once again should be in theory technically feasible, not sure how hard it will be to make the ERMS to record everything in the fashion you need. The activity transaction itself however supports what you want to do.
Worse case you have to implement a BADI in order to get the ERMS to map what you want in correctly.
