Regarding setup tables

Hi all,

I have a doubt on setup tables?

for 2lis_11_vaitm i am filling the setuptables ..

I haven't changed anything in the extract structure.. is it necessary step to delete the setup tables ?

without deleting the setup tables can we fill it?

because my salesorg are new to the system & some sorg data already filled in the setup tables.we don't want to delete the setup tables -- because the earlier data should have been missed, if i delete..

what is the correct approach??
