How to add a custom field in the support message screen of CRMD_ORDER

Hello Experts,

I want to insert a new custom field in the support message screen of CRMD_ORDER.Kindly provide me a step by step procedure to achieve this as I am new to solman system and EEWB.This field is present in the transactional tab of the screen and has to be also inserted in the fast entry screen and once the user enters the value here it should be updated in the transactional entry tab also.

Please help.Looking forward to your input.

you have to do this using the screen exists ... Please ask your technical guys they will help you out in this,.

Please also post the needs and what kind of data you will store in this field(Example BP, Mailid , User id etc.....)...

our developer followed the below SDN threads and created the custom fields in CRMD_ORDER.

he used EEWB.

since i am not a developer, i am not aware from the coding perspective. Hope this helps
