Hello,
I understand that there are now contractual requirements starting next 1 Jan, that Solman be implemented. That each site has the Root Cause Analysis tools implemented. Also the core business processes must be defined. If one does not have this, then support can be denied. Where can I find in SMP exactly what the requirements are, and when they must be in by?

This statement is true if you want to have Enterprise support. I suggest you read your contract, it will list exactly what is necessary. Since the contracts are different there is no "public" information.
