Excel not loading

Hello

When trying to export data to Excel, the Excel program is not loading. I have SAPGUI 710 with patch 13 on a fully updated windows xp, office 2003 PC

The processor works for a little when I try to export to Excel, but then the program is not loading..

Any ideas??
