Regarding dynamic date display in CRM Web GUI



We have call end date and call responded date in service call creation screen(Web GUI) which were defined in date profile in customization. Now my requirement is whenever the user enters the call end date, system should automatically pick up the responded date = call end date. I can do it in customization but the thing is then it will be applicable to all the process types which should not supposed to happen. I have to restrict this to only one process type. Kindly help me in achieving this.
