Repetitive Manuf query

Hi all,

I have a component which can be manuf on 3 different w/c. One material master, one BOM, 3 w/c, so I will have 3 production versions. Now my planned order is for total quantity for a day. How can I distribute the quantity to the 3 w/c or prod ver. Capacity planning details are not maintained for the w/c yet.

Regards,

Karan

    Hi,

You can split the quantity in Planning Table Change Mode in MF50 where you can distribute the planned order quantity among 3 versions and then save the same and then go to MD04 you will planned orders with respective versions & qty as you splitted the same in MF50.

Further at planning stage, itself you can distribute quantity among diff productiion versions in MD61 itself while maintaining PIRs.

    Hope this helps.

    Revert in case any doubt.

    Tejas

    Dear Karan Sethi,

In such cases enter the demand at the PIR level itself in MD61 with respect to the prod.version.

After entering the values in MD61,click on the schedule line tab page and then in the top menu click on

settings-->prod.version.Here itself you can assign the relevant prod.version to be considered,so the

planned orders generated for the prod.version.

Or else at this stage spilt it using the planning table in MF50.

    Check and revert back.
