I have ascenario in which I need to pay Royalties to my intellectual property holders (patent holders). Example: Apple : IP holder has allowed me to manufacture & sell their headphones in UK market based on a condition that I will pay them 7% of my invoice price as a royalty if business volume is 1 million and 5% if volume grows over a million.
Vendor (Apple) :- Allow Vishal to manufacture and sell headphones .
Vishal :- Manufacture 10000000 headphones. Vishal :- Sell 10000000 headphones to Abhinav (Wholeseller in UK) --->This stage I need to accrue money for 10000000 heasphones (5% of sale amount) in condition contract of Apple.
Vishal pays Apple on quarterly basis.
