Hi,

Iam adding two new user status in service desk. but the combinition is not working.

following are the combinition used

10 NEW NEW 10 20 SLFN

20 PROC In process 20 70 SLFN INPR

30 REOP Reopen 30 70 SLFN INPR

40 CACT Customer Action 20 70 SLFN RELE

50 SAP1 Sent to SAP 20 70 SLFN INPR

60 S3P Sent to 3rd Party 20 70 SLFN INPR

70 SPRV Proposed SOl 20 80 SLFN RELE

80 CONF Confirmed 80 80 SLFN FINI

I had copied this from SLFN001,

I have one more problem.. i save it and incluse in CR.. but i logoff and login agin I see the same old status.

Please somone help me in adjusting this status.

HI Heiko,

I added to status and CR was created for same. I made the entry in SLFN transaction type

My question is that the combination of lowest and highest i have given is not working..

i hve updated the combination used in my earlier update.

Dear Shyam,

I'm not shure whether I do get you right ?

You added the 2 new status REOP and S3P into your status scheme. Then you included the changed scheme in customizing to your transaction type SLFN ("...incluse in CR...") ?

When you open a notification you still see the old status profile, your new status not included ?

Are you shure you adjusted the right status profile, respectivly did you verify that the modified profile has been assigned to the transaction type SLFN?

Is there any Bigfix for this issue. because now these status are affecting the my automatic email wchih i had configured.
