how to cancel GR?

Dear Sirs,

may i cancel post goods receipt without godds..

ex: first, i have GR item with quantity is 15 BXs, but now stock is only have 10 BXs..so how can i cancel GR (with stock is 15 BXs)..

Hi,

Goods Receipt has accounting impact. So either it is a correct goods receipt (for example done with movement 101, with a material document), or you reverse the whole received quantity for that material with that material document (for example MIGO with 102, specifying the material document number) and you do a correct GR again.

Maybe you can develop a little more on your requirement?
