ME9A Full reprint of RFQ

Has anyone found a way to "Display Message" of a Quotation that has already been printed? Users would like to get a "print preview" of their RFQ ... but they get the error message (ME140) "No print-relevant changes to document ...". They been forced to enter some change on every line of the RFQ just to get a print preview. Is there any way around this error?
