Collective release of Purchase Requisition

Hi all

I have a question about releasing PR. There is a PR with several line items. But some items have been deleted. (For example, A PR is with 10 items. But item 1, 3 and 4 has been deleted). When I use ME55 to release the PR, the system require me to use ME54 - Individual Release of a Purchase Requisition to release PR). Is it standard behavior? Or I can change IMG to slove it.
