Unable to open webi document from BO Unified webservice

Hi,

When I am trying to open web intelligence document from the Unified webservice portal, I am getting error in the getdocumentinfo function. But I am able to open crystal and swf without any issue. Please help me in resolving this issue.

I am using BO XI 3.0.
