Hi, I do support IT as an end user , therefore my question here may be insignificant for many of you. I was not able to find out from white papers how other’s Brazilian companies has been managing the products and services for Indirect orders with so many restrictions as far as NCM, IPI, ICMS, Cofins, I’d like to ask you if you can share some experiences for Brazil market.
Shall be the products registered in SAP?
Then how can we pre define the taxes for these products in advance, instead of have to wait for the invoice to be received and update the PO?
Any other recommendation to streamline the process? Seems so time consuming IP has been done manually input and invoice reconciliation has been taking longer, sometimes going over payment deadline not able to avoid late fees.
