Service Desk - Support Message

Hi...

Nowadays, we're using this functionality from our ECC, and when some user create a message in "Create Support Message", they need to log on into Solution Manager.

I want to create a Single Sign On between ECC and SolMan. Exporting the certificates, I can do this, or I need to create something more.
