Can't pass date (input data) to QAAWS

I am working with QAAWS which has some input parameters and one of them is date. I point a cell in Xcelsius to load the date from it. I have already tried different formats for this cell (date, string) but the date I put there can't be understand by QAAWS - as a result I can't get data from QAAWS. Please, help,
