Example for System Table PA0022, Column SLART, what does value 1 equate to?

The situation is there are some columns that have default value range definition, but also there are
columns that are just for free input.

But you can try the below way to see if there is any definition for value range etc.
I will use PA0022 SLART as the example in below steps.

SE11 -> PA0022 -> click on the data element for the field SLART -> Click into the Domain for this data
element. -> Press the Value Range tab.
Here under the Value Range tab, you can see the single values, intervals, and Value Tables part.
If there is any default value range, they will be defined in any of the above sections.
Otherwise, it usually indicates that there is no default value range.
