Can we make Old Alternative UOM inactive,when we add a new Alternative UOM

Hi,

I have a sceanrio, where my material, I need to make a new alternative Unit of measure, because vendor has changed its packing, earlier 12 pcs fit into box now only 10 pcs fits into box, due to which I need to add new AUOM, can I make 12 pcs = box , inactive in SAP, is there any possibility, through customisation, because my order unit and delivery /issue unit changes to 10 pcs= 1 box. Right now have 3 lines showing as,

PC<=> 1 PC

BOX1<=>12 PC (Need to make this inactive)

BOX2<=>10 PC.
