cannot read Property 'sapUiGlobalLogo' of undefined

Hi,

I was trying to change logo but after transporting request from development to quality it's showing me below error "cannot read property 'sapUiGlobalLogo' of undefined". And the second error is "cannot read property 'sapUishellLeftViewPortWidthMedium' of undefined.

I am not getting any solution for these errors.Please let me know if you know any solution for these errors.

It would be helpful if you could provide more information about your environment. Do you use the SAP Fiori Lanchpad in the Cloud Platform Portal or onPremise; which Theme Designer have you used?

I am using onPremise Fiori Launchpad.I have followed below blog for customizing Fiori Launchpad.

I have used the theme designer to edit the logo, I have uploaded the logo in Quick view.

Theme and logo is working fine in Dev system but after moving in to Testing system, the below error occurs

1)cannot read property 'sapUiGlobalLogo' of undefined

2)cannot read property 'sapUshellLeftViewPortWidthMedium' of undefined.
