"Buffer table not upto date" Error while trying to Change the GOA

Hi Gurus,

We are using SRM 4.0 and while tyring to make changes in the Global outline agreement we get " Buffer table not upto date error" .We use C- Folders to store the contract documents.

Following are the short text of the message

Message no : BBP_PD001

1. In FUNC BBP_CTR_UI_CONTRACT_UPDATE (function group SAPLBBP_CTR_UI) an inconsistent status was discovered.

2. In FUNC BBP_PROCDOC_STATUS_CHANGE(function group SAPLBBP_PD) an inconsistent status was discovered.

Any pointers for how to correct this error will be highly appreciated.
