How to do mass conversion factor for UoM in material master

Dear all,

How to do mass conversion factor for UoM in material master?
This image is for one particular material master.

Base unit is EA and Sales unit is CV.

I have 110 materials, but for each material conversion differs (see below examples):
For material ABC, 1 CV = 5 EA
For material XYZ, 1 CV = 7 EA
For material PQR, 1 CV = 3 EA
and so on...
