I think just sending a mail to your SAP Inbox will produce an email to your Externat email id provided the SAP User Id is maintained with the email address and the SCOT transaction is properly configured.

    Hi,

Can I achieve this through a single send mail step?,

First Check as Mentioned by Arghadip Kar , if not working follow the below method.

    1) Through the FM "SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1" you can send.

    2) You have to write a Program and Using the above FM you have send the mail.

    3) Refer this [Link|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/nYKdAw]

    Hi Kumar,

I guess it would not be possible to send mail to both SAP and external ID using the same mail step as the recipient type would be diffenent in both the cases.

If you maintain the necessary SCOT settings to map the SAP user ID to external ID, then it should be possible. Else, you need to create 2 separate steps to achieve the functionality.
