is it advisable to transport the no range or we have to maintain no range directly in poduction

As everybody said, it is advisable to maintain the number ranges in Production.

In exceptional cases like, if the number ranges are maintained at table level (for different plants), these can be transported.

Number ranges are not transportable from one client to another

They have to be created once again in the target system quality or production server.

If you do client copy then there is no need to create any number ranges as they will be copied

Number ranges are not transportable, They are manual entries and need to do in the Production as a part of manual task list.

Its always advisable to to maintain the no ranges manually in Production and pl check the buffer before the no range maintenance.
