Loading iviews in a specified order.

Hi, I have 2 iviews in the same page whose isolation method is set to URL. The secod iview need to be loaded after first iview got loaded(As I have defined EPCF event).

But the some times first ivew getting loaded first and some times second iview getting loaded first. Is there any way to specify I view loading order ina page.
