To trigger Overall release for PR workflow (WS20000077)

Hi,

I want to know that how can i trigger overall release for PR workflow ( WS20000077 ) of BUS 2105.

rightnow in my system workflow WS0000038 is activated & when i perform ME51N it is triggred perfectly. and in SWEL BUS2009 is triggered, but it wont trigger BUS2105.

So how can i trigger BUS2105 & instead of BUS2009, so it will trigger WS20000077 workflow.

Which seetings needs to be done in SPRO, so it will trigger BUS2105?

And please give me some idea about overall release for PR workflow & item level release for PR workflow.

Regards,

Smit

    Hi,

WS20000077 this std. Workflow for the PR Release this has multiple levels of approvals, Depends on the no. of approvals it will flow.

The approver can picked using the User Exit M06B0001 (EXIT_SAPLEBNF_001), here you have to write a logic to pick the Approver.

The approval workitem comes to SAP Inbox, once the approver click the workitem it will open the Transaction, there the user can approve.

To see the status of the Workflow, Go to ME53N, in the top left a button, Service Object, click on that, a drop down appear in Workflow > Workflow Overview, you can see the status here.

    Regards,

    Hi,

WS0000038 uses BUS2009 and it is for PR Item level Release.

WS20000077 uses BUS2105 and it is for Overall PR Release.

Deactivate the event linkage for WS0000038 and

activate the event linkage for WS20000077.

As far as i know the following are to be checked for Overall Release which uses BUS2105. Cross check with your Functional Consultant.

SPRO -> MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> Define Document Types and check the appropriate checkbox.

SPRO -> MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> Release Procedure -> Procedure with Classification -> Setup procedure with classification.

Click on Release Groups and click the check box for OvRelPReq.

    Regards,

    PR.
