SuccessFactors customer - associate certification process

I am working as SAP SuccessFactors customer. As, I am planning to take SF associate consultant certification, need some clarification on below queries.

1. I have an active S-user id as customer. Will I be having access of learning hub to get access to associate consultant certification exam material?

2. Is there any place other than learning hub to start preparing for the exam or learning hub subscription is mandatory?

3. I have done SFX certifications through my current learning hub access, however I can't find courses related to associate consultant certification.

Question 1 & 3. As customer you must be having access to SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC) which you can login using S-User ID. The SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center is your one-stop access point to top-quality SuccessFactors Project Team Orientations, Administrator Training, Job Aids, SFX Exams, and a variety of facilitated Live Sessions delivered via Learning Rooms to enhance your learning experience. But you will not have access to Associate level Certification materials with it (THR81)

You might have completed SFX programme in SFALC but certification materials are not available with it.

Que2: SAP Learning Hub, Professional Edition, Public Cloud Version (HUB030) (Current cost 217488/-INR per year) is required for all certification examination preparation. Trick point is you need to have Learning Hub every time , as you need to complete Delta Exams every quarter in it after finishing core certification exams in Certification hub.

As per SAP , While customers are not prohibited from attending Associate level academy (certification) training, they will not receive the same benefits as implementation partners from completing the training. Specifically, customers will not gain Provisioning access, even if they complete Academy training and/or complete the certification exam.
