Can we have TableViewModel in side a TableViewModel?

Table view which I need to display can have following things -

1. For a single row of table, it may contain multiple rows in one of the column of table.

What layout you suggest to display such kind of resuts?

Can we have TableViewModel in side a TableViewModel? If yes, how do I code it?
