Transport : Entries missing in Production

Respected Gurus,

I have moved a request to quality and production.

Request is to add entrys in search help.

While checking in quality we found all 114 entries,

whereas in production only 94 entries were found.

Further, return codes of transport was "0".

Could it be any problem from basis side.
